Smooth Chopper: Smoothie Prep
Using your Smooth Chopper (no electricity needed), add ingredients to base, cover and pull cord until combined. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add in a little honey. Use your choice of yogurt: nonfat, low fat, whole or Greek. Substitute silken tofu for yogurt if you want a creamy dairy-free or vegan smoothie.
Peanut Butter Banana
Makes 1 cup
½ frozen banana, sliced
1 tbsp. peanut butter
¼ cup milk + 1-2 tbsp. depending on desired consistency

¼ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup pineapple juice
